Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

The ability to access information relevant to a particular Campaign will be restricted to password holders only, and further security measures may be applied from time to time in relation to specific information.
When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy.You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
You are the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights in any Customer data that you contribute and Use in relation to a Campaign and grant us a limited licence to use such data in accordance with our terms and conditions of supply. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights (including all copyrights and trade marks) in our site and software, and in the materials published on it. Those works are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
Profile Users are entitled to use the Site for the purposes of setting up a user profile, listing your professional expertise and career details, which will be made available to other users of the Site, whether guests, other Profile Users or Authorised Users, to enable them to view your profile and if they are another Profile User access your contact details. By putting your details on our Site, you consent to the disclosure of those details to other users. We will not transfer your personal profile details to any third party for any other purpose without your consent (unless required to do so at law or in accordance with these terms).
Authorised Users are entitled to Use the Services solely for the purposes of a Customer's Campaign(s). “Use” means the right to access designated webpages and links via the Site for the purpose of accessing and contributing data solely in relation to a Campaign and to print off copies of such materials solely for use in relation to a Campaign and not for any commercial exploitation whatsoever. Authorised User must keep all such information confidential where the Customer has marked such information as confidential and not for public disclosure.
You must not attempt to:
1. copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the Software (as applicable) in any form or media or by any means attempt to reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or
2. otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the Software (except as permitted at law for purposes of error fixing); or
access all or any part of the Software or the site in order to build a product or service which competes with the Services; or
3. use the Services to enable the Customer to provide services equivalent to the Services to third parties; or
4. license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or, in respect of a Campaign, make the Services available to any third party except the Authorised Users who are entitled to access the Campaign to which you have access.
Commentary and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any user or visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
Our site changes regularly.
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Contracts for the supply of Services for Campaigns are governed by our terms and conditions of supply.

You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of our site.

Authorised Users: any Customer Manager, Customer employees and third parties authorised by a Customer Manager to have access to a Campaign (in whole or in part), including artists, performers, managers, agents, consultants and suppliers.
Campaign: means a single project, event or promotion controlled by the Customer for the management and promotion of specified artist(s) and/or creative work(s) across all media.
Customer: an entity or individual who has entered into an agreement with CampaignAmp for the provision of Services.
Services: the subscription services for the provision of promotions management services for Campaign(s) provided by CampaignAmp to a Customer via the site.
Site: means the website at url: campaignamp.com or such other address as may be notified from time to time.
Software: the online software applications including page layouts and coding provided by CampaignAmp as part of the Services.
Use: means the right to access via any personal computer, tablet or handheld mobile device designated webpages and links via the Site for the purpose of accessing and contributing data in relation to a Campaign and to print off copies of such materials solely for use in relation to a Campaign and not for any other commercial exploitation whatsoever.
